All three of those reviews were posted by people that live outside Kansas and they have never posted in this forum. You might want to send a message directly to them.

In the case of the two that gave scores of ';2'; it might be worth offering them a free night to see how you have improved.

Good luck!

It is pretty easy to pass blame on managers. Is it the manager that keeps rooms out dated, or not have high speed internet? Or not have hairdryers, irons/boards, microfriges in rooms? I doubt it. What about the flimsey mattress. Was the manager able to order replacements on their own or wait for the owners? Also, somepeople are used to a certain mattress...anything less won%26#39;t ';cut it';.

While I can understand the breakfast issue, did that person ask the clerk if any more was available?

It looks like a pretty decent place. I have stayed in 100%26#39;s of hotels and even the top of the line $ places do get blankets with burn holes that either wasn%26#39;t noticed right away, or they may not have had any to replace at the moment.

Road wary traveler.
