Unless something has opened in the last few months you are pretty much out of luck.There is a tavern (Siesta Lounge) that used to serve a marinated grilled steak and Greek style salad that was good but I have not been there in years. You had to reserve it ahead of time and It may not even be in business any longer. There is a locally owned restaurant in Goddard but it is mainly truck stop style and I can%26#39;t even remember the name of it. You had to walk through a gift shop to get in the restaurant dining area.

Had three meals in Wichita this weekend Two at places I have visited

before: B%26amp;C BBQ and Nu-Way Cafe. One at a new place (to me): Thai

I have a hard time trying new places down your way. Too many places that I want to return visit:-)

Gerrard%26#39;s has great food, It%26#39;s nothing fancy but it%26#39;s hot and tasty. I recommend the roast beef sandwich. Also,, try some fried okra. It used to be a truck stop but has converted to a more family style restaurant.

Also,,,if u want the best milk shake ever.. go to Walt%26#39;s on the corner of Goddard Rd. and Hwy 54. It%26#39;s a small shop, but excellent ice cream, the fries are really greasy though.
